Yes friends, it is true, after many years of serving you with great entertainment at a fantastic price, The Swanage just possibly now will be closing up shop, and the final day, if it is the final day, will be on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026.

 

The reason really isn't dramatic or anything. It's just that after so long, "life stuff" is really cutting into Swanage time, and it will simply be too difficult to serve you with the same excellence and expediency that people have come to expect.

 

So yes, possibly now on the Wednesday evening of February 25, 2026, that is when The Swanage will possibly finally shut its doors. I'm going to try to keep things going however, but may have to take a short break if so (explained below).

 

We've had a lot of fun here over the years, as obviously "The Swanage" is taken from the fantastic 1974 cult film Phantom of the Paradise. The Phantom has become kind of a mascot for the website, appearing all over the place, even with all the pretty adult actresses!

 

So given that there is a possible end date, if you are interested in anything off the website, now is the time to order. And no worries, because even if you order on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026, just because we may shut down after that date, doesn't mean you don't receive your order. All orders received, even at the very last minute, shall be fulfilled, absolutely guaranteed, so absolutely no worries!.

 

Thank you everyone for making The Swanage a fun place for movie fans, whether adult films, erotica and sexploitation, or otherwise, to buy collections pre-loaded on external hard drives for a great price.

Originally, the closing date was January 25th, but I managed to get another month in there. And yes, there is still a chance The Swanage will stay open, but if that happens, it'll have to shut for a few weeks at the start of March so orders by Feb 25th may be delayed a few weeks.

This is not some tactic to get people to order....everyone who has ordered from me over the years knows they get a fair shake, and tactics like that aren't done. I am saying not the site may stay open, after a short break at the start of March, if it stays open. I'm gonna try, and will keep everyone informed here. This is a hard thing to stop, as a huge movie fan, who likes to give a great deal to other movie fans. I will try, check back in.
